Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made online, by phone, or in person.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made on or before collection unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Vaccination Requirements

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated at least four weeks before boarding.
  • Required vaccinations include Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, and Kennel Cough.
  • You must present an up-to-date vaccination certificate at check-in.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission if vaccination proof is not provided.

Health & Medical Care

  • Owners must disclose any health issues, behavioural concerns, or medication needs before booking.
  • We will administer medication if clearly labelled and with written instructions.
  • If veterinary care is required, we will seek treatment from your nominated vet or an emergency local vet.
  • Owners are responsible for any veterinary fees incurred during the stay.

Pet Behaviour & Safety

  • Aggressive, dangerous, or uncontrollable pets may be refused or removed for safety reasons.
  • Dogs are exercised individually unless otherwise agreed.
  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure safety but cannot accept liability for injury caused by unpredictable behaviour.

Belongings

  • You may provide your pet’s toys, bedding, or food.
  • We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal items left with your pet.

Feeding & Care

  • We offer a range of quality branded foods and can accommodate special dietary needs.
  • Feeding schedules can be customised on request.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period (stated at booking) may receive a refund or credit.
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or full payment, depending on the situation.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

Check-In & Collection Times

  • Pets must be dropped off and collected within the agreed times.
  • Late collections may incur an additional charge.
  • If a pet is not collected and no communication is received within 7 days, we will follow legal procedures regarding rehoming.

Liability

  • While we take excellent care of all pets, Nutts Corner Boarding Kennels cannot be held liable for:

    • Illness arising from undisclosed medical conditions
    • Injury caused by the pet’s own behaviour
    • Loss of personal belongings
    • Events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies)

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
